Who we are
Digital Desk Nepal provides tools for candidates, businesses and organizations ("account owners") to manage their campaigns. Each account owner controls their own workspace and decides what information it holds.
Information in a workspace
- Account owners and team members: name, email, mobile number and password (stored encrypted).
- Contacts uploaded by an account owner (for example delegates or customers): name, mobile number, email, location and campaign notes. The account owner is responsible for having the right to use these lists.
- Website visitors who send a message or RSVP: the details they type, and whether they agreed to be contacted.
- Public profile content chosen and approved by the account owner.
How it is used
- Only to run the account owner's own campaign: organizing contacts, sending messages they write, and showing the website they publish.
- One workspace can never see another workspace's data, including rival candidates on the same platform.
- We do not sell or share data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Messages and opting out
- Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Account owners can stop SMS or email to anyone who asks.
- SMS is sent through the account owner's own SMS provider; email through our email service provider.
Your choices
- Account owners can download all their data or permanently delete their workspace at any time ("My data").
- People in a contact list can ask the account owner (or us) to stop messages or remove their details.
Security
Data is stored on secured servers with encrypted connections, access controls per team member, and regular backups. No system is perfectly secure; we will inform affected account owners promptly about any serious incident.
