Using Digital Desk Nepal
- Use only contact lists you are authorized to use, and only for lawful campaign, business or organizational communication.
- Follow the laws of Nepal, your party's statute and election committee's code of conduct, Election Commission rules where they apply, and telecom rules for SMS.
- Keep your public profile truthful. Do not publish false claims, hate speech, or attacks on other people's privacy.
- Stop messaging anyone who asks you to stop.
Verification and neutrality
- Workspaces are verified before they can publish or send messages. We may refuse or suspend a workspace that breaks these terms.
- Every candidate in the same election gets the same tools and limits, whatever their group or faction.
Costs
The platform is free during the launch period. SMS and other third-party services are paid by the account owner directly to the provider. Any future paid features will be announced in advance and never charged without agreement.
Your content and data
You own the content and data in your workspace. You can download or delete it at any time. We only process it to provide the service.
No guarantee of results
Digital Desk Nepal is a tool. We do not guarantee election, sales or campaign outcomes, or delivery by third-party SMS and email providers.
